Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the MetaXell website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.
2. Services
MetaXell provides website management, SEO, AI application development, and digital growth services. The scope of work for each engagement is defined in the individual service agreement or proposal agreed upon between MetaXell and the client.
3. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and deliverables produced by MetaXell remain the property of MetaXell until full payment is received, at which point ownership transfers to the client as outlined in the service agreement. MetaXell retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Payment
Payment terms are defined in individual service agreements. MetaXell reserves the right to suspend services for overdue accounts. All fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in writing.
5. Limitation of Liability
MetaXell shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate a service agreement with 30 days written notice. MetaXell reserves the right to terminate immediately for breach of these terms or non-payment.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sri Lanka.
